We accept bank transfer (preferred, available for all amounts), Stripe checkout (debit and credit cards, all amounts) and PayPal (for transactions under £500 only). All invoices include full payment details and a Stripe link where applicable. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
No — we use a milestone-based payment structure. Our standard schedule is 50% deposit upfront to secure your project start, with the remaining balance split across project milestones or due on completion. For monthly retainer services, invoices are issued at the start of each month. We never ask for full payment before any work has begun on larger projects.
Fees paid for work already started are non-refundable, as time and expertise have already been invested. If you cancel before any work begins, a full refund is issued. For ongoing services such as SEO and ads management, we recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful results — digital marketing takes time to build momentum. After that, you can continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' written notice to cancel. For project-based work like websites and branding, there is no ongoing commitment — you pay for the project and it's yours.
