I haven't received my portal invitation — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at Growth@retaileco.co.uk and we will resend your invitation within 2 business hours.
Can I access my portal on my phone?
Yes — your portal works perfectly on any device. Open your browser on your phone or tablet and log in the same way you would on a desktop.
Who else can see my project information?
Only you and the RETAILECO team members assigned to your project. Your portal is completely private — no other client can ever see your information, files or invoices.
How do I leave feedback on a deliverable?
Use the Notes & Feedback section of your portal to leave comments on any deliverable. You can also message us directly through the portal and we will respond within 2 business hours.
What if I need urgent support?
For urgent matters, email us directly at Growth@retaileco.co.uk and mark it as urgent. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 20:00.
