  • Monthly Services (e.g., ongoing digital marketing campaigns): A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required before the next billing cycle.
  • Project-Based Services (e.g., one-time campaigns or consultations): Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the agreed project start date.

If cancellation is requested after the project has commenced, charges for work completed up to the cancellation date will apply.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for canceled services are subject to the following conditions:

  • Monthly Services: If cancellation is requested within the notice period, any unused portion of prepaid fees will be refunded.
  • Project-Based Services: Refunds will not be issued for completed work or deliverables already provided.

Non-refundable services or fees will be clearly communicated in advance during the onboarding process.

Certain services may be subject to an early termination fee if canceled before the agreed contract period. These fees will be outlined in your service agreement.


5. Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, technical issues, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered will be refunded.
